DISC SPRING

Disc spring is an elastic element resembling a conical disc, which stores and releases energy through axial compression deformation. It has the characteristics of small volume, strong load-bearing capacity, and high stiffness, and can adjust the elastic force and stroke through superposition and combination. It is usually made of spring steel or high-strength alloy, with a single piece in the shape of a truncated cone. When subjected to force, it undergoes elastic deformation through the combined action of bending and twisting of the disc; Multiple overlapping (same direction or reverse combination) can achieve different load characteristics and meet diverse needs.
