Constant-force spring

Hengli spring is an elastic element designed with a special structure that can continuously output approximately constant elastic force (or torque) within a predetermined stretching or retracting stroke, with force fluctuations much lower than ordinary springs. It is mostly made of high elastic steel strips, which store energy through bending deformation of the steel strips. By accurately controlling parameters such as steel strip thickness and winding radius, force stability is achieved. Some parts are equipped with shaft sleeves and guide components to optimize operational stability. Commonly used in scenarios that require uniform motion and stable force, such as roller shutter door balancing devices, medical equipment (infusion racks, surgical light adjustments), car seat belt tensioners, and electronic equipment cable storage mechanisms.
