Medical Spring

Medical springs are elastic components designed specifically for medical scenarios, primarily used for supporting, resetting, buffering, or precise force control of medical devices, such as opening and closing of surgical instruments, and elastic adjustment of rehabilitation equipment. Its material needs to meet strict medical standards, often using medical grade stainless steel, titanium alloy and other materials with excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance to avoid irritation or infection to human tissues. According to application scenarios, it can be divided into implantable (such as cardiac stent assisted springs), external (such as wheelchair shock absorber springs), and instrument built-in (such as syringe push rod springs), which require biosafety testing and medical certification before they can be put into use.
